4 legs are better than 1 / Sent Nov. 19. 2018

Hello!

So, like every week, I promised myself that I would write a big group email, but then I got distracted and had too much fun reading other emails and responding to other people, so I probably won't write a super long group email this week, haha. But for those of you who sent me and email, know that I enjoyed reading it! And know that my short group emails are your fault, haha. 

So we had a fun experience this week. We were walking down the road one night, and this one legged guy is walking the other direction with crutches. He was moving pretty darn slow and obviously struggling a little bit. So as we get close to him my champ companion Elder Bennett asks if we can help him, and he says yes. So we each grabbed a crutch, and put one of his arms around Elder Bennet's shoulders and the other arm around my shoulders, and carried him for three of four minutes to where he was going. We even crossed the street with him. It was pretty cool to be able to help him like that. We might not of healed him, but we helped him walk, so we are trying our best to be like Jesus! 

Things are going pretty good down here in Pointe à pitre too. We should hopefully have a baptism Saturday if everything goes well, so pray for us! Actually, pray for Rubens, he is the one getting baptized. We also have two other amis who are progressing really well, so life is good. We've seen a lot of miracles this transfer, it's been pretty neat.
