A cool abandoned ship we explored on Pday.

We ate some escargot this week. It was actually really good.
Hey everyone!
It's gonna be a little bit of a shorter email this week, because it we didn't do much besides contacting. I got back to Guyane Wednesday afternoon, and as I was walking to the stairs to go down to get my suitcase, guess who I saw on the other side of the glass? Elder Anderson and Elder Griffin! We couldn't hear each other through the glass, but we smiled and waved and took pictures and it was awesome! Totally a little miracle in my life from God to make my day.
Elder Peterson, my new companion, got here that night. It was kind of weird because it had been a week and a half since anyone had worked in that area, and I'm not super familiar with the area yet, so it was interesting. We pretty much just contacted the whole time and tried to set up more appointments for next week.  We were looking for the house of one of our investigators one day, but couldn't find it, so we just contacted in the area. The next day we went to look again, but went a different way because I thought I might be able to find it better that way. We still didn't find it, so we just started contacting again. The first door that opened had a little girl who answered, and she said her parents weren't home, so we just gave her a pass along card. But then she said that we already gave her that one yesterday. We were really confused, and told her to go get it, and sure enough she had the same card that we had given her yesterday. We somehow managed to get lost on the very same street without even realizing it, haha. After that we left and did find the house we were looking for, so all is good now.
Elder Peterson is also super  great, so I'm pumped. He is super funny, but also really good at French and at teaching and talking to people, so we are gonna have a really good time together. That's about all I have to say for this week, so have a great week everyone! Love you all!
Love, Elder Kerr
